Experience in the field of education for 20 years which include Administration, Admission Process and teaching.

Experience over 24 years in Embryology.

Experience of nearly 20 years as a Manager in a Pathalogy lab.(Agilus Diagnostics) 

Academic & Institutional Experience

Mr. Desai has also successfully established and managed a para-medical college for nearly 20 years, offering Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, affiliated with Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. His long-standing association with students, faculty, and academic institutions has given him deep insight into student psychology, career confusion, and education planning.

The Inspiration Behind STEPON

Throughout his career in education and healthcare, Mr. Desai has interacted with countless students who were eager to study and grow—but were unsure about what to study, where to study, and what career options truly suited them.

This challenge became deeply personal when, being based in a Tier 2 / Tier 3 city of Gujarat, he himself faced difficulties in identifying new-age education and career options while planning his son’s academic journey. That experience highlighted a larger problem faced by students and parents across the region—lack of awareness, guidance, and reliable career counselling.
